This is the one. The only golf course lot available in Mira Vista, this approximately .4-acre homesite sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with spectacular, sweeping views across the fairway. For the buyer who has been waiting for the opportunity to build new on the golf course in Mira Vista, it has arrived. Imagine a home designed entirely around these views: walls of glass from the kitchen and living spaces, a primary suite overlooking the course, second-floor rooms with a remarkable vantage point, and an infinity-edge pool stretching toward the fairway. Every element can be designed to take advantage of a setting that simply cannot be recreated. There is no choosing between someone else’s floor plan, finishes or vision. This is the opportunity to create the home you want, exactly where you want it. And there is not another one. This homesite is to be developed with Gallery Fine Homes as a fully custom residence. Once this lot is spoken for, the opportunity to build new on the golf course in Mira Vista goes with it.
