And to my surprise, even at 8pm at night, Mike answered his phone. The call seemed like a long shot really but we thought we might have just found the solution we had been looking for. We didn't really need detailed realtor services - we were buying from a trusted builder - but we did very much needed help with our closing costs and ARG had the perfect answer for this need.
