Having moved to TX in mid-2013, we didn’t know the areas all that well nor what our new lifestyle in a different state would look like. About a year in, we realized the area where we had bought a home just wasn’t for us. Brand new house, great neighborhood, wrong area didn’t equate out to a prosperous outlook financially given we had only been in the house for a year.
