This was so wonderful. We would have left money on the table had we not found him. He and Jenee are a wonderful team and so glad to have met them. I try to tell everyone about them; some are still skeptics, but I am now a believer and would use them again if need be in future. The rebate definitely gave us more buying power.

My husband and I had the help of Mike Askins in buying our new home in late 2003, before he created ARG. 

Even back then, he had the Home Buyer's Rebate, where basically, he shared some of his real estate commission with us! Boy, did that rebate come in handy! We bought blinds for the whole house, installed ceiling fans, and did all those extras you don't realize you need to do when you buy a new home. (It was our first time.)

Mike was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. He knew the market well and helped us find quite a bargain in a house that somebody else had started to build but then didn't qualify for. We got the fireplace, garden tub, covered porch, etc, for the same price or even less than the basic model.

Now Mike has help and even has a great, interactive website. He also offers a rebate type deal for selling your current home where he offers to sell it for no commission. (See website for details.)
