Mike Askins is a great agent who always has his clients interests first. His commission free move up program is awesome for people looking to upgrade to a new house but are holding back due to realtor commission involved for selling their existing house. The service Mike provides is outstanding as compared to most real estate agents who charge full price. We just closed our existing house. Mike is fair & listed our house above market price. He did not try to suggest a low price in order to get the house sold faster. Eventually we got multiple offers on our house & it took less than 3 months from listing to closing. During this process we saw several buyers agents who were ready to sell their client’s interests to make a quick buck. We even saw how careless a full priced KW agent was who didn't communicate clearly with her buyers & tried to blame it on us. However, Mike always played by the book & watched our back. He documented everything very clearly in the contract so there are no surprises. Now we’re waiting to close on our new house which is under construction.
