312 E Ford Street
Bells, Texas 75414-3018

Located in the city limits of Bells, this lot joins two other lots the same owner has for sale as are listed on MLS numbers 21177971 and 21177957. This small lot would be an asset to either or both of the adjoining lots to allow more space to build a house with plenty of room for your outdoor activities. This property at one time, had a house on it with city water and a septic tank. The house was bulldozed down several years ago and it and the lot were cleaned up. The water meter box was located and is marked with orange paint. Contact City of Bells for availability of a water meter purchase. The lot alone is too small to install a septic system in compliance with City of Bells and Grayson County regulations. At this time the City of Bells, does not have sewer taps available for sale. The boundary of this lot has been approximately staked off for an idea of where the lot lines are. A survey will need to be done to verify actual lot lines. All information is deemed to be accurate and correct by owner and listing agent but is the responsibility of the buyer and or buyer's agent to verify all information with the City of Bells.
