The Fallon Building at 109-111 N. Travis is a two-story downtown landmark, built around 1885 as Richard Walsh's Q.T. Saloon, steps from the Grayson County Courthouse, offered for sale or lease with about 12,000 SF across two levels. The upper level is a finished office suite of about 6,000 SF, ready for immediate occupancy by a single tenant. A private street entrance at 111A opens to a tiled foyer and a grand staircase.
