We are one of the homes that Mike is referring to in his most resent article called, “Make the Impression that Makes the Sale.” Yes, our house was on the market and sold the very first day. Now some would call that luck, while we call it the product of the best-run real estate organization in DFW. Simply put, Mike gets it done. We took advantage of Mike’s FREE move-up program and paid absolutely nothing in real estate brokerage fees. Mike made working with the buying agent a smooth process, and even helped us find a handy man to make the minor repairs found on the inspection. Mike was also instrumental on the purchase of our new Highland home. Like the owner of Stacy’s furniture says, “If you’re not shopping with Mike, you’re burning Money”.
