Even back then, he had the Home Buyer's Rebate, where basically, he shared some of his real estate commission with us! Boy, did that rebate come in handy! We bought blinds for the whole house, installed ceiling fans, and did all those extras you don't realize you need to do when you buy a new home. (It was our first time.)
Mike was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. He knew the market well and helped us find quite a bargain in a house that somebody else had started to build but then didn't qualify for. We got the fireplace, garden tub, covered porch, etc, for the same price or even less than the basic model.
