If you are considering who to use to help buy or sell your home, stop looking and call Mike! There is no comparison. From the new home rebate program to the discounted selling commission, ARG beats other realtors hands down. We are so thankful we found them and could not have hoped to work with more professional people. And, our experience could not have been smoother. Mike has the answer to just about any question you can think of, and is always very timely and upfront with you about how things work and what to expect. After we bought our new home through Mike's rebate program in January, we were a little nervous about getting our old home on the market and sold quickly. Mike & Jenee walked through our old home and made suggestions for what needed to be done before listing it. Their suggestions for what to do were spot on, and almost importantly were their recommendations on what didn't need to be done (saved us $$$). Plus, his contractor referrals were absolutely top notch and had unbeatable prices. Within 2 weeks, the house was transformed and we were ready to list. Well, the best part is that literally the day after the listing became active we had 2 offers in hand at full price! We can honestly say Mike & Jenee were the reason our old home sold so quickly and for top dollar.
