Mike has been tremendous help during our home hunting process. He is a great negotiator and always has his Client's interest first. The realtor's that I met always worked for their commission, unlike Mike. Mike is not only knowledgeable in what he does but also well versed with home construction aspects. During our walk through he pointed out most important energy efficient features in a home including double pane windows, re-circulation air vents, etc. One of the best things to be Mike's ARG-Client is the 3% Cash Rebate.
