Village Builders® is a "higher end" new home Division of Lennar® Homes. While there currently are no distinctions between Village Builders® and Lennar® Homes with regards to "Owner Name" in MLS, ARG clients can earn a 3.5% Cash Back Rebate versus 2% if they contract a new Village Builder® completed Inventory Home before 5/22/2016. ARG client rebates are in addition to all sales incentives being offered by Village Builders®.
