ARG is offering special cash rebate opportunities for DFW area new home buyers in May! Below is the latest "Special" time sensitive Rebate offers. Before you contract, give us a call to see if we can't help improve your bottom line.

May 2016 Dallas Fort Worth New Home Buyer Cash Rebate Specials

 
  • Meritage Homes - 3.5% Rebate (normally 2%) Applies to select inventory homes only. This promotion only applies for homes sold at Creekside at Austin Waters, Canyon Falls - Meridian Collection, Frontier Estates, Marshall Ridge - Reserve Collection and Stonehaven at The Tribute through May 31, 2016. Closing must occur within 30 days of contract or when home is complete. 
 
  • Gehan Homes - 2.75% Rebate (normally 2%) Applies to quick move in homes that close in May and June 2016.
  • Beaser Homes DFW - 3% Rebate (normally 2%) Applies to Select Quick Move-in DFW area Inventory Homes contracted before 5/31 and closed and funded by 6/30/2016.
  • Village Builders - 3.5% (normally 2%) Applies to quick move in homes. Must have your contract fully executed on or before 5/22/2016.
  • Grand Homes - 3% (normally 2%) Applies to all contracts written and approved before 5/31/16
