So we have the FED, thinking its time to raise interest rates in the United States. The problem is, they could not be more historically wrong.

Years ago, before the Half-Trillion Dollar U.S. Annual Trade Deficit, back when we had a manufacturing based economy, it was necessary for the FED to keep interest rates higher to help tamp down inflation. The Fed's chief inflation-fighting tool was to raise interest rates. Higher interest rates helped the banks remove more currency from circulation and when fewer dollars are chasing goods and services, that generally works to control price inflation.

With today's aggregate foreign trade deficits already doing the work of "Higher Interest Rates," by removing billions of dollars from the domestic economy,

New home builders across Dallas Fort Worth often choose not to publish their bottom line prices in MLS. Additionally, homes builders may have "Fiscal Year-end" dates in the Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter, so there are many times of the year that specific builders are cutting new home deals. Check out this price reduction blog too!

Like many businesses, builders want to earn their projected margins and as such, are reluctant to openly publish their real bottom line prices, and instead choose to offer this information to select Realtors. Why? Because if an $849,000 home can be sold for $729,000, that does not mean a buyer who is unaware of the builder's true bottom line, might not be willing to strike a sales price of $769,000 or more.

If you are going to paint your home and plan to stay for a long time, perhaps 7 or more years, and you're searching for a paint that is COLORFAST for easy touchups and scrubbable, then my kind friends, I recommend Pittsburgh Paints "MANOR HALL." You will not be disappointed.

I just completed touching up my 2013 painted home (photo below), and I can't tell where it was touched up! The match was perfect. I used Egg Shell in the Kitchen and entry, its hard to tell it's not FLAT, but there is a faint sheen and flat interior wall paint everywhere else. I even forgettingly used FLAT on an Egg Shell wall, and could not tell I made a mistake until I saw light reflecting at an odd angle.

Man, if that isn't a "color locked paint, then I don't know what else
